Why am I so tired? Why do I have this illness? Why do I have this pain in my body?

I want to have more energy! I want to be more efficient in my daily activities!

I want to feel lighter in my body and mind!

I want to be more happy!

All of these phenomena and desires can be helped a lot by what you eat and how you eat, as well as how you approach eating with your mind. Therefore I would like to share my ideas about food and a mind set for eating that you can use every day.

Food is the elixir of life.

Food gives you power, lightness, ease and efficient energy. And you can begin to make some time and space in your life to give attention to how this energy moves in your body. Ask yourself, “how do I want to feel in my life?“

Then listen to your body. Your body will tell you what it needs.

After eating, notice if your energy drops. Do you feel like lying down, for example?

After eating it is important to check which kinds of food make you feel light, peaceful and give you energy. Food supports you to live your life and carry out your activities with vitality and more energy.

Tips:

Do not drink anything 20 minutes before or after eating, or during your meal. Your digestive fluid starts in the mouth and goes to your stomach. This digestivs to work to digest food; drinking liquid dilutes it and makes it less efficient.

Food becomes you, your body and your energy.

I would like to share something from my heart with you: try being thankful for what you eat. Food grows in Nature and comes to us through the human hand. Be thankful for what you eat.

And let yourself taste more, enjoy the food and how you are chewing it! Give your attention to this process of eating as a way of celebrating that you are receiving vitality from Nature.

In an intuitive way I‘ve created a salad dressing with chia seeds. I really enjoy them in my summer salads. Today I’ve mixed sprouts and avocado with a chia dressing.

Why are sprouts so important for our body?

Sprouts are vital food. Sprouts therefore provide highly bioavailable vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and a rich variety of phytochemicals.

In just a few days of germination, the sprouts multiply their content of the vitamins A, E and C contained in the seed as well as the vitamin B complex.

Living enzymes support the digestion of the sprouts, their metabolism and activate both the energy production of the organism and repair measures at the cellular level.

Chia seeds are a superfood!! They have a high content of calcium and magnesium, and are rich in iron, potassium and zinc. They support athletic performance and maintain the health of bones and muscles.

Recipe:

Soak chia seeds in water for about 30 minutes.

Add Goji berries to the chia seeds,

Olive oil

Ume-su (instead of salt)

Soy Sauce

Rice Vinegar

Lemon Juice

Pepper

Sprouts & Avocados.
