What is it?

Fundamental Awakening is a workshop that runs over two months, in which we will use the pelvic floor to find balance, and the power of the imagination to align our body and mind. 

You will develop your creative skills to support and inspire you to make your unique dance performance. Each week brings a new opportunity!

 

Over the course of 2 months you will enjoy: : 

• Seki Method: focused instruction from Minako Seki through weekly trainings

• A carefully guided programme to support your own explorations for a video performance

• Minako’s holistic approach towards the body and mind through meditation practice

• Developing a joyful attitude when connecting with your whole self through the power of the imagination 

• Individual coaching to develop your dance and creativity

• Dance homework between classes (every week) to integrate the techniques and further explore your movement

• Support and sharing with other participants

• Creating connections across the globe!

• Classes recorded for you to practice in your own time

The workshop is online, via Zoom. Classes are recorded.

From 22.10.2021 until 10.12.2021

Every friday, 3h

From 10 am to 1 pm, Berlin time.

Because we are going through a worldwide crisis, we are aware that economic inequality is increasing over the globe. Some of you are in financial difficulty and we would like to be able to welcome everyone.

 That is why it is very important that each participant makes a conscious payment. If you are in a good situation, it is amazing that you can help us in our work. In this way, you also help us to support other artists! 

 We decided to offer a price panel between 120 and 360 euros per month. Please consciously choose the best option for you and for us.
