Fundamental Awakening #4 is a SEKI METHOD 3 days online workshop, in which we will use the pelvic floor to find balance, and the POWER OF IMAGINATION to align our body and mind, entering a deeper level of movement, letting emerge our unique dance. What a joyful bliss!
